How to Schedule an Appointment

All hypnosis sessions can be scheduled via email ,text , phone, or my booking site which contains links to calendars showing the available dates and times .

  Booking and cost: 

Sessions require 50% deposit required at booking.  All deposits are made via the internet using a credit card and processed through PayPal under Tasha80mgr@aol.com .  The rest of the payment is due before your session or can be paid in person at your session.  Cash, checks and credit cards can be accepted in person.  If you are traveling , be sure to inform your bank that you will be traveling to Tennessee.:

• Click on this link. (The calendar will open with cost , available dates and times)
• Select the date and time and submit the request.
• We will receive your appointment request and then accept it.
• Submit your 50% deposit immediately after the appointment is accepted.  Appointments will not be guarentee without a deposit.
• You will receive an email with the confirmation and the address where the session will be conducted.

Cancellations:

Your deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is made up to 3 days before your session.  A $25 processing fee will be charged and deducted from the refund.  

If the session is cancelled within 3 days of your session or you do not show up for your appointment, the deposit will not be returned.  Please be aware that your appointment will be cancelled if you are 30 minutes late for your appointment without calling.

Out of state clients:

  I am located approximately 50 miles from the Nashville International Airport .  If you are flying in for your hypnosis session,  Please note that the Nashville is a very busy commercial and residential area and traffic can be very heavy. 

IMPORTANT:

Some hypnosis sessions can run over the scheduled 4 hours.  If traveling by plane, arrive the day before in case there are delays in your flight and leave ample time after your session before traveling back.  Allow at least 3 hours after the scheduled end of your session to take a flight back.  Please allow extra time for travel .
